It's a keeper!

This week I finished the latest Keeper of the Lost Cities book! This seven book series is written by the amazing Shannon Messenger. You may or may not have heard of her, but I definitly suggest you check her books out. And yes, I said 7 books. These are not your average books, it is an 800+ page commitment but worth it. There are so many good things I can say about this series I probably couldn’t count them. Keeper of the Lost Cities is a full on 5 star book series that I would recommend to kids at the age of 11 and up. Keeper of the Lost Cities is amazing!!!!!!!

A Short Summary (I’ll try not to spoil it): A girl named Sophie Foster is living with humans in San Diego. She has a photographic memory and a secret talent to read human thoughts that nobody knows about. But, one day on a class field trip, a mysterious boy finds her and tells her she’s an elf. He even brings her to the Lost Cities, a secret place where the elves live away from humans. Sophie has to leave her family and go to the Lost Cities where she makes new friends and even goes on dangerous adventures to try to fight the evil rebels, the Neverseen. Along the way she has close encounters with the ogre king, trolls, and finds hidden secrets that no one knows about. Join Sophie and her friends in this wonderful series, Keeper of the Lost Cities.

So look out for those if there is one near you. Finally, book 8 is coming out in the fall of 2019!!! Thanks so much for reading and hope you have a great weekend!

Happy Reading!

Note: DO NOT READ THE LAST SENTENCE OF BOOK 7!!! It will give away the whole series, trust me. If you need your parents to cover it up with post-its, then let them do that. But! Do. Not. Read. The. Last. Sentence!
